What can I take for stuffy nose and sore throat at 29 weeks pregnant ? Any suggestions?

Suck on a lemon. The only medicine I heard that you can take is Tylenol cold and flu but I heard it's causing miscarriages.

@queenbee29, Sudafed is ok, and I think theraflu is too? I've heard nothing on Tylenol cold and sinus causing mc (I'll look it up tomorrow)
