@b3autifulm3ss, I just drunk two cups of it. tomorrow and all of the other days I'm going to drink it 3 times a day hoping for results

@mypregnancy_journey, My lactation consultant advised me to drink that, which I did and it helped A LOT. Unfortunately you have to drink atleast 6 cups a day to get optimal results, she said iced or hot with honey because it doesn't taste the best.
