Dr. says baby is weighing 4 lbs 3oz so hes a little guy. But his fluid and heart looks great. They're making my appointments weekly now and doing a non stress test next week and another ultrasound that following week. They just don't seem to like how small he is?
I would think off personal experiences that your baby will be fine. They just want to keep an eye on him. Other than being stressed during my induction and needing a little bit of oxygen he was fine. Have you heard them mention IUGR or anything about growth restrictions? My second son was born at 29 weeks and they were convinced he would only be 1lb 2oz but he came out 2lbs 1oz, so sometimes ultrasounds can be wrong. Your baby might come out bigger than they predict.
@kimberlyyyy, Honestly I am unsure of the history of what size either sides had. ik that i was 7lbs 3oz and my Boyfriend was 6lbs something? And I'd like to think that he's just a smaller baby, but all there hype about it makes me uncomfortable. And did everything go normally following his birth?
I havent heard that, they just kept saying im measuring small and did an ultrasound this time around. but i take comfort in hearing of positive results from similar situations, cause other then the "facts" they arn't explaining much.
