I'm not dilated at all either lol. I went to my appointment on Tuesday and he told me I'm only 80% thinned out 😏. But what made me laugh was that he was like "hopefully I don't see you next week anymore" but I know I'll make it to my next appointment 😂

Lol you have to do it repeatedly. Like everyday. And I bounced on my yoga ball throughout the day. It really helped. My son was born 5 days pass his due date so I tried everything! Lol

Honestly there is nothing that you can do. Baby will come when ready I know that's not what you wanna hear but if your not dilated at all there really is nothing. And this is coming from experience I was 42 w and on 42 weeks finally I dilated 1/2 inch but I was like you. And the doctor told me there was nothing I could do.but I still tried and nothing worked ! Good luck momma
