I had no issues with mine. I had orange flavored and it tasted like orange crush soda. It was quick and easy I was super hungry after tho! @nichole87

If they allow you to eat before eat two hours before and let it be high in protein (I ate a couple hard boiled eggs) I actually kinda liked the drink it reminded me of orange hi c. I only started to get a little queasy in the last 10 min and yeah make sure you eat after you will be starving!

It wasn't that bad at all people exaggerate. I had the orange and it was warm. Lol

I had a super sugar rush but by the end of the hour I was a zombie and crashed, then I tried to eat and it made me so so sick
