when my first son came out of my c section i was so drugged up i didn't care i was just trying to close my eyes and sleep idk if it was cause i was so high or what they gave me two doses in the spine of the stuff that numbs you cause i didn't go numb the first dose . i was goneeee . i wasn't really excited till the drug wore off smdh . anyone else have a similar experience ? ik it sounds mean but that's how it went i hope i'm not that doped up to that point this time . i didn't really have a typical reaction most people do . not as bad as this one lady i saws reaction though her baby came out & she was like "ughhhh it looks chinese or some shit . "

I had an emergency c-section with my Angel baby & they put me all the way to sleep so I was out of it the rest of that day

@mrscolon, i wondered if it was the meds that made me that way or what i hope it don't make me like that again and i'm so sorry for your loss . i'm surprised they put you to sleep.

@adriennelea, most likely it is the meds, they get you drowsy. But thanks hun it's hard but I'm going through it :). I guess they put me to sleep cus there wasn't time for epidural, idk

ya my husband was scared that I instantly had post partum hahaha he was like u did not have the reaction I expected when they showed him to you hahah he legit was worried. I thought I was normal at the time but looking back I was drugged upppp

@livd15, & then i did see him and was just like "oh" i didn't cry or nothing like most of my friends did then i got more motherly once i started holding him after i got closed up & the meds wore off

Yeah the baby's heart rate dropped suddenly & they rushed in & got me ready for the c-section

ya I only shed like two tears and I felt numb emotionally but it really was the best day of my life and I wish I could do it all over again
