My doctor just called I failed my 3 hours glucose test 😭😭 I have to see a specialist tomorrow anybody with Gestional diabetes 😔😔😔 this is my first pregnancy and I feel so scared I don't care about me I just want a healthy baby 🙏🙏😢

How badly did you fail? If it's mild they will probably just give you a pill.

@ositababy28, usually they would put you on a diet first while monitoring your sugar pricks. If your sugar pricks numbers are to high that's when they usually will start you on medication . watch your intake on sugars limit or don't drink any soda more water helps keep you full and lean meats , also eating fish helps don't forget lots of veggies
