when can I start feeding my daughter oatmeal by its self from a spoon, I feed it to her in her bottle an she has tried baby food one time she sits up an holds her head all the way good she will be 4 months on the 23. is it okay ?

I started my son at 4 months, mainly for reflux but my doctor also gave me the go ahead to start. he loved it.

My doctor told me nothing other than formula or breastmilk until 6 months but if you think she's ready it's up to you!

she has reflux really and also that's Y I wanted to give it a try
