Can the workday be over already so I can give this a try; I'm dying for some good relaxation!

I've tried the warm bath but the bath is so small having to scrunch up wasn't great! I've thought about getting a heading pad, would you recommend? I just bought my bf icy hot for his neck but I doubt we can use that lol.. I feel like ultimately we just have to suffer through agh.. I swear I am having back issues caused by my two B's... boobs and baby agh!

Yes I know the feeling. Have you tried anything that works for the pain? Mine has consistently hurt for the last week. Last night was brutal. I took a bath and used a heating pad throughout the night. Helped slightly. The other day my honey gave me a massage for over 2 hrs. It hurt so bad. He said he has never felt my back this messed up. I googled it and basically its just the muscles&ligaments; loosening and softening so your body can expand. I never had this with my 3 kids. I guess I shouldn't complain because I have had zero morning sickness.

@goldilocksn4bears, that's tough, oh the joys of pregnancy I guess! I swear two days ago my back joined yours and was like, I'm done!!

It's so weird for me to have back pain almost every day when I'm barely showing. I'm guessing it's just my muscles are achy.

@goldilocksn4bears, really I'm sorry :( I'm in the same boat with the back pain and for awhile didn't think I could take a bath.. maybe you could sprinkle some at the bottom of a shower to get a similar effect or at least yummy smell!

I wish I could too my back is killing me but my doctor said not to during pregnancy :(
