I'm 19 weeks almost 20 already and my doctors office isn't giving me my first ultrasound until, March 18!!!! :'( wtf I wanna cry! I'm soo irritated and frustrated right now! my Gender Reveal was supposed to be this month I figured we'd know the gender BYNOW since I knew at 14 weeks with my son and now I'm gunnu have to cancel ! complete bs ! I haven't even heard a heart beat yet and I'm high risk for preterm labor! :/

I went into spontaneous labor with my first pregnancy my water just broke out of nowhere with no other sign of labor and then I got pregnant only a few weeks after my son was born (depo shot didn't work) and I didn't know their was specific obgyns.

Have you asked why they are having you wait or did you just take the appt without saying anything? Maybe it has to do with insurance? If you don't ask questions you'll never get answers. Did they tell you your high risk or are you assuming? Communication is key with your dr and dr staff.

@twinscomingsoon, I have to wait she said because that's the first available appointment they have. and my OB with my previous pregnancy told me at my 6 week check up its best not to get pregnant right away and that no matter what my next pregnancy I would be high risk for preterm labor because I went into spontaneous labor . I wrote it on my paperwork that it's something I'm concerned about so this doctor would know.
