They say you shouldn't cry over spilt milk, but what about rotten milk? I've had extremely bad acid reflux all night even after taking meds. So my husband rushes to the store before work to get me milk to help the pain and when he comes back we open it and its expired and rotten. He's already late for work at this point so all I do is cry! These hormones are something else today :'(
