TMI BUT I NEED HELP
I am really gassy. Like REALLY gassy and it does not want to come out please help 😭 i cant even eat because of it 😭
I could really use some opinions. I'm stumped and dh is no help.
Tmi : I'm really gassy, I had milk not too long ago to take away my heart burn .. Could I be lactose?
Is it normal too feel really crampy and gassy?
