yes @mimiz. I deal with bad sinuses since i became prego with my twins and i hate taken meds and all meds are not good for you. i,just pray everyday to God to heal me from it cause,it's horrible

They cause more problems I hate taking cold medicines my husband makes me at home remedies and my body feels better when it's healing

I've had congestion since literally day one it's terrible makes sleeping sucky but we will be ok I shower to clear it up and try to fall asleep fast @lalababii25
