It wasnt that bad, i had 10 minutes to drink it so i took my time to avoid feeling sick. I didnt have any breakfast since it was at 10, and i wasnt allowed to have anything to eat 3 hours before my appointment

You can have eggs & protein like sausage & stuff

Just chug as much as you can as quickly as you can. The longer it takes for you to drink it, the grosser it tastes.

I did the 2 hour one as opposed to the 1/3 hour combo. I had to fast the night before. it was 2 hours so that means 3 blood draws. it wasn't so bad. I got nauseous about an hour and a half in. but kept it down. and passed. woohoo! the drink isn't bad at all. I kinda liked it. lol

I didn't have any breakfast-- as I had to fast. All I drank was water before my test. I actually liked my drink lol it was nice and cold-- ask for the orange flavor! It tastes like fanta without the gas. I didn't have any side effects-- not even a single headache or anything. I even went to the gym after getting my blood drawn. Lol every body reacts differently but I actually liked mine. You can clearly taste all the sugar but it isn't as bad as people make it seem.

I was really nervous cause my sister got so sick from it she almost passed out. My doctor is 30 minutes away from I live but I have to go alone cause my boyfriend can't make this appointment so I hope it goes well just like all of yours did!

unless advised by your Dr do not fast. they need accurate numbers
