I tried the tea actually tonite since I have a cold thinkin it would soothe me and put me to sleep.... NOT EVEN lol

I've tried Sleepytime tea, Tylenol PM, going for walks in the evening nothing works.

lol I don't have the heartburn part yet but I'm sure its coming😑😑
