yes it's anxiety it's called heart palpitations I have em all the time

I have it and my heart doctor said it was related to my stomach. He said my stomach is clenching so hard it's causing everything to go wacky. I have to take nasua relief.

when it happens have you tried laying on your right side kinda in the fetal position? it happens to me sometimes, but it could be two different things

Yes sometimes it feels so heavy when I lay down. Almost like she's pushing up or something it's weird. @jupiterviridian

I get them all the time that I notice it when I don't have them rather than when I do...it also lets me know my sounds active, that's usually when I get them.

this happens to me too. Then it feels like somebody is wrapping their arms around me so hard I can't breathe.
