Before i started this module of school i asked everyones opinion on if i should stop and go back after the baby comes or keep going for another month . I was having a hard time really exhausted contractions etc and everyone just said your going to feel like that thats normal etc . NOW everyones including my teachers are like you should stay home maybe its time for you to stop your over doing it you already had a hard pregnancy why are you pushin yourself so hard WTF you weren't saying that 2 weeks ago ughhh i knew I shouldve just listened to myself .

I looked into that school too. I wanted to take the PTA program cus they make bank!! Lol but so expensive. Yes, we pay extra for the exam and then once we pass receive our certificates. Aw that sucks :/ just rest yourself, people don't realize going to school and growing a human inside of you is hard work. Good luck with everything tho 😘 You got this!

the phlebotomy portion is nerve wrecking till u get your first poke and see how easy it is once you get the hang of it then you gone be trying to get everybody veins girl you got this @stormygirl
girl I don't know I expect to probably have to take some refresher courses and probably start extern all over I'm not tripping tho cause at least I don't have to do the whole nine months over lol but yeah man idk that school is in Vegas and they are really hard on their students and pride their reputation and I guess they didn't want to take NOOO chances lol like they would have let me finish the school portion but when it came to going out in the field she was like hell nah baby girl we gotta withdrawal u lmao I was like DAMN ..i plan on going back like two months after she's born. everyone that do M.A out here say they saw a lot if pregnant MAs on extern that shit really pisses me off smh.

It's the Downey adult school in Downey. Has a high job placement rate and passing rate. I just don't want it to interfere with me landing a job afterwards. I know the students get hired right away and usually from wherever they did their hours. I'll be done with my clinical a right before my due date. What school did you go to? What school is it ? Oh okay yeah thats pretty fast so you should be good but I would just tell them just in case . And yeah im almost done with school kinda did everything already . But its easy just dont be nervous and all thats how people make mistakes and accidents happen . Just listen to your instructor you will be fine. Everytime we get new students sometimes old they freak out and hurt people and mess up because they are so nervous and worried about hurting the person . One time this girl pulled out and went right back in my arm it hurt but you will be fine @stormygirl
True, you're right. I'll probably try and speak to the advisor who helped me enroll. I'm taking a 12 week fast track course. Kinda nervous about the phlebotomy part tho. Have you started sticking and poking yet?

Yes haha :p No, but I went to the orientation in Jan and they've had pregnant women before. Also, it's a fast track program so won't be there too long. Probably won't say anything till I start really showing lol

240 hours I believe? man in vegas..said me being pregnant on extern was like a liability issue and if something were to happen to me and the pregnancy while I was on extern it would fall back on them but I was so early on man I just couldn't stop throwing up and couldn't keep nothing down so the cat got out the bag but I had TWO WEEKS LEFT BRO!! smh I was so upset lol. but liyah lucky I love her haha.

some of the stuff I see on here, like rooms, beds, houses, etc is disgusting! you claim you're a sahm and your husband works hard, then help him out and let him come home to a clean house, bed, sheets, etc🤷🏻♀️
Sometimes you know your body better than everyone else. Not every woman will produce high levels of hcg throughout pregnancy some it can take weeks some it can take months don’t trust a blood test don’t trust a urine test trust your heart and when you know it’s times it’s time this doctor was not a gynecologist so he did not give me a quantitative blood test to actually see what my hcg level is at I hope this helps some of you ladies who just feel like giving up and stop testing because of what ...

I know I've posted this before but when your water was leaking did it stay leaking or just with movements or what? Did you get contractions shortly after or no? I rolled out of bed and felt warmth leak out but Idk if it was possibly urine or what...never had it happen. It didn't smell like anything really...I know I should either call l&d or go in but I just want some experiences please. I want to wait a bit just in case it's nothing.
