I use More Milk Special Blend capsules from Motherlove. Look them up online! I swear it's the greatest thing since sliced bread! My aunt has adopted 6 children and was able to BF them using these! Made her milk come in without even being pregnant! And I use them too just to make sure I always have enough lol
