Pop it with a needle

It's really easy and basically painless.

Do not pop it with a needle! Lol.. Put a hot towel on it. I would do that every night until it goes down on its own

I popped mine and got all the liquid out and kept it really clean and put a tsp of sea salt and warm water into a shot glass and would hold it there for about 5-10 minutes and it was healed within a week, no scar, and no infection

@emma.rose, how did you pop it? With a needle or you squeezed it?

with a needle, just a small (but forceful enough to break skin) poke and a little bit of squeezing and it all came out, just make sure your hands are washed and that you have something to catch the liquid and make sure you get it all or you'll just have the same problem over and over again. Then when you get all the liquid out, do the sea salt idea, then make sure you keep it extra clean and don't wear tight fitting clothes that rub against it. Mine healed within a week

@emma.rose, is that safe being 8 months pregnant? And did it hurt

@emma.rose, could I just put hot water?

you're not putting anything new or bad into or on your body so it's not bad. and I've never tried just hot water, I always did warm water and sea salt because that's what piercers recommend for belly button piercings anyway, either warm water and sea salt or the sea salt spray. also make sure it's a sterile needle, heat the end of it with a lighter or put it in rubbing alcohol to make sure it's clean. And really make sure you get it all out or the bump will just come back filled with more pus again.
