is it safe to take cranberry pills when pregnant?

yes it is. my doctor told me I could take them due to me getting bladder infections so often

Okay I have a uti and was prescribed antibiotics but the pharmacist said there not really safe to take towards the end. but my obgyn prescribed them.

you should be fine I had the cheweble ones my baby was perfectly healthy an it helped keep the infections away which is better for the baby
