Got my cervix checked today ( which hurt like a B!) but guess who's 3cm dilated and 80% effaced! 👶🏽💕

Effaced is the thinning of your cervix. Dilation is the cervix actually opening

how come women keep saying a certain percentahe and then effaved my doctor only told me im dialated to 3.5 but that my cervix is still about 3cm long thats all she tells me ?
