my son had this horribly!! I breastfed him and would rub breast milk on his face and it started to clear up but moved into his hair! if it bothers you the pediatrician can prescribe hydrocortisone cream..that's what I did. also keep it dry no lotions or even baby wash in the bath..it will go away eventually but there are things you can do to speed it up

it can go away as soon as a couple days to a few months, just try your hardest to NOT pop them, they will get worse and create scars on babies face.
