I had my first ultrasound today thinking I was going in 10w 4d & by the ultrasound I'm only measuring 6w 1d..has this happened to anyone else? it's just kind of disappointing thinking I was coming to the end of the first trimester but now it seems I'm starting all over again...

@jadestarlight, did they explain to you what might have happened? I know for sure I've been pregnant for 10w but I guess my baby just isn't growing at the right rate? I'm still waiting to find out more from the dr

Not really. I was 8 weeks then I was 5 weeks. Instead of being 10 weeks I'm 11. I was afraid I miscarried so I didn't ask why they changed my number I was just happy to see jelly bean hanging in there.

@jadestarlight I was tracking my period & ovulation. my lmp was Dec 4th & estimated conception was Dec 17th with those numbers I would have been 10w 4d but after my ultrasound the baby was only measuring 6w 1d but the heartbeat is in the healthy range. the ultrasound tech said my period dates can't be right but Dec 4th is the last time I had a period & I've had a positive test since January 17th
