I'm having this issue where no matter if my son is drinking regular milk or cereal, his shirts are always soaked. Somehow when he is sucking his bottle the milk always comes out on the sides. Idk if he is spitting it out as he is drinking, which I highly doubt or what. We use the playtex bottles with the natural latch nipple.

Are they drop ins? I use playtex and some of them have to like double click the top when you twist it on. There's like two notches it hits, maybe the kids aren't going on right.

When I twist the top on I twist it all the way until both arrows line up

my son is 2 weeks & a couple days.. I'm having the same problem! but I do have suggestion.. your son tongue may be up instead of down to swallow the milk/cereal correctly. he's prob still learning to swallow. I know it sounds weird but when my lil guy us crying or fussing a slip the bottle in his mouth just in time to catch his tongue down. Doing so, his entire mouth is covering the nipple & no spillage. I've use Dr Brown, latch bottles, new nipples as well & it's the same outcome. It takes a LOT OF PATIENCE and sometimes up to 30 mins to get it just right ( his pediatrician says it could take about that much time to feed a baby.. which in my case my son is a newborn) but either way this technique works for me! Good luck
