I've never been pregnant before so I don't know what contractions feel like, but around 6 am I was woken up suddenly with this urgent feeling of cramping pressure in my butt like I had to poop but couldn't. I could barely stand up straight. The feeling lasted about 4 mins. After that, everything went back to normal. Should I be concerned?
