1cm dilated and 70% effaced, but babe is still riding pretty high. Hmmm. Well it's a start I guess!

@stasjafawn, thanks for the tips. I have been walking for at least an hour everyday. I don't have one of those balls but I'm thinking maybe it is worth it for me to get one and try that out!

walk alot, stay upright, bounce on a stability ball. they all help get baby down where they need to be (:
