tylonel for fever, saline drops for the nose and try to not suction a whole lot or it'll swell there nose. it's pretty much all you can do :/ my son's in the final stages of a cold

@snowbunny, When my son was 3 months he had a little cold and was stuffy and I bought (infant Tylenol) then I called the Doc the next day and they said it was fine to give him a drop or two it helped him alotttt trust it's better giving him something than nothing ...you should be good ma 😊
