I try not to eat hot stuff so I slowed down but it seem like when I was doing good my cravings for hot stuff picked back up 😩😩 I know it's not good but I can't help it.

Is it really bad to eat hot stuff? I fight the urge to eat hot cheetos and dorito's locos fiery tacos from taco bell and other hot foods on a daily basis. I loved hot stuff pre pregnancy, now it's 10x worse.
