You may be able to request one at the hospital for your labor and delivery. I have been seen by my regular OB my entire pregnancy, but at the hospital I was told I have the option of having a midwife participate as well if I want. It could be worth asking about @amorasmom

Sorry I don't know anything about home births :( Maybe call your insurance company, good luck!
