Ok. Am I a horrible mom if I don't change his diaper immediately Everytime he poops? His little bottom is not getting irritated by the dirty diapers and they just come at the most inconvenient times like the second he finally falls asleep after he's been fussing

my son doesn't pee a lot when he pees. if his diaper is full, I change him.  if he cries, I change him. otherwise, he's fine. he's never had a diaper rash or irritated skin or anything. poop on the other hand, I hate smelling it and he eventually gets fussy if I don't notice, so I just change him when he's done. I try waiting as long as I can to make sure he's done though. no point in changing his diaper 3x bc he wasn't done. lol.

with it being poop I would suggest changing your baby, if it was pee it would be so bad to wait.

I recommend to change your baby's diaper as soon as you notice it's soiled. The sooner the better to prevent rashes and skin irritations
