Every time I get hungry I feel like I have to puke. Is this normal??

My husband had to take over cooking tonight i felt so bad. But Ima try what you said and my dr told me not to eat lunch meats or hot dogs. Something about a bacteria that can be passed to the baby.

omg im the same way ! when i get hungry its so hard for me too coook when i already feel like crap thats why they say don't wait to eat till u have to puke.. but what i do if i do wait that point i just make a sandwhich and eat fruits with it or ill just make a fruit salad something quick that will hold u over till u can cook then normally i wont throw up cause i hsve something in my tummy. and if you feel like that when u cook sometimes i breathe out of my mouth then my nose its reallly annoying but it helps n gets me through cooking

@malinaa215, thanks for telling me I didn't know what was going on. I need to get better but I am usually so nauseated by the smell of food I take forever to cook or eat.

its normal my ob told me whenever u feel like u have to puke when u are hungry that means you waited to long to eat n u shouldnt let it get to that point i was weeeell gesh now i know lol its basically ur baby signaling its time for u to eat but its better for u to eat before u get like that im stilll so bad n wait till i have to puke to eat but im trying to get better at it.

I hope it goes away. I feel so bad I can't even eat the food now. Smh

it's normal for me, try to eat every two hours to make sure your stomach is never empty. itll help the nausea.

i have my whole pregnancy and if i waited too long i would puke. I think it is normal but im a ftm.
