What are some natural unharmful ways to induce labor? I've heard of Manzilla (Chamomile Tea), Red Leaf Tea, squats, walking, spicy food? Which ones worked for you ladies ? any others I might not know of? (:

I tried all of the above and it didn't induce my labor but I 100% believe that it made my labor extremely easy. I drank red leaf tea and walked and sat on my excercise ball and bounced for hours on end while watching Netflix for like two weeks straight. They say that your first labor is super long and My labor was only 9 hours long.
Oh I love love spicy food, and I've been eating it my whole pregnancy and still nothing seems to be going on down there lol, they checked today if I'm dilating and nope not at all, so I'm a little desperate to atleast get some dilation by next Mondays appt. Haha @mommyhammond2016

Not me, my brother' girlfriend when they were trying to induce labor...she ate pineapple and kiwi then had sex and maybe a couple of hours later he water broke and she went into labor
