im a ftm (first time mom) and my son is a month and 2w old and lately had problems with him now sleeping in his own bed..he will fall asleep on me or my husband and soon as we lay him down thinking he is asleep he wakes screaming...and now during yhe day wants to be held constantly. ..is this normal or could it be signs of colic??? please help...tired mommy lol
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Science! My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
okay I can't be mad at him right now. he moves alot in his sleep and isn't really supportive during my pregnancy but he moved like this while he is asleep and it's just one of those moments that make it all worth it. arian started kicking his hand.
Question. I just left my husband for cheating and now hes been harassing me. Hes threatening to come get our son. I dont care if he sees his son but I'm not comfortable with him leaving with him bc hes never taken care of him a day In his life and he might use him against me. Am I wrong for feeling this way??
@itsamemario, you deleted your post before I could hit send but this is my comment: I don’t know if this answers your question but this is my answer. My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk outside without this information. Children of color are being targeted and killed too. It’s not just adults. I let my son know we treat everyone equally and with respect. I let him know that we love everyone for their differences. In every aspect. Color, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual preference we love everyone.

yes :( the hospital gave us 3 diff kinds his lil self broke out of all 3 and 1 came over his mouth and now he started to roll over he was jus born jan 2 lol hes moving to quick!!

we started to swaddle but now he moves so much he either breaks out of it goes over his face in the middle of the night eveb the doc was shocked him breaking free lol any suggestions for this???

I can not say enough good things about swaddling! it's a life saver. swaddle him up and snuggle him to sleep, when he's asleep we can easily put him in the bassinet. it's the startle reflex that likely wakes him, swaddling prevents that reflex from happening.

My baby is started to sleep bad in the bassinet so now we put her in the bassinet at the beginning of the night and end up Co sleeping and she sleeps all through the night. During the day I invested in a baby carrier or a wrap and OMG life saver!! Good luck momma!!!
