extreme back pain every 20-30 mins, stays for a couple mins then goes away. but I don't feel any pain in my belly even though it gets tighter. is this how contractions start?

good. back labor threw me. only had it my last one. never thought it was more than normal back pain
yeah but I'm waiting for the next wave of pain to see if it's tightening on it's own or if it's just me clenching muscles from the back pain. @stoneeyes77
Kinda hard to time these but they arnt that painful but about 7 mins apart
Can't sleep through the pain😭 phoned triage got to wait till pains are 3-4 mins apart, lasting 1 minute for an hour, already at 5 mins apart lasting 1 minute. Hopefully not long before I can go in! Just can't believe it's actually happening! Surprised myself with how well I'm coping, I haven't cried yet and I've not used one single curse word😂
I've started counting contractions for the last half n hour. They are 4 minutes apart lasting a min long but not very painful.
Pains that feel like contractions every 13-17 mins. What should i do
Just got home from hospital, contractions 5 min apart so painful 4 cm walked in the hospital for hour and half no change told me to go home or walk some more , im in so much pain I couldn’t walk anymore so im home 😔
