extreme back pain every 20-30 mins, stays for a couple mins then goes away. but I don't feel any pain in my belly even though it gets tighter. is this how contractions start?

thank you @stoneeyes77 ☺ I'm gonna keep an eye on it. if it gets more intense or closer together I'll be calling L&D!

good. back labor threw me. only had it my last one. never thought it was more than normal back pain

yeah but I'm waiting for the next wave of pain to see if it's tightening on it's own or if it's just me clenching muscles from the back pain. @stoneeyes77
