After you have your baby, you're gonna bleed & be swollen down there & really sore.. & possibly tear during labor.. You put th stuff on them & then freeze them & they're like little ice packs for your vagina while they also have "medicine" for the tears and the vagina lmao it's actually really helpful!! @marleas.mommy
