Bless his heart. Chair is broken so he has to sleep on the floor since there's no one to check bubs over until the morning. Note to self: go private next time! Non traumatic birth but shocking NHS aftercare.

Did they not even give him a bed? When I stayed over in hospital they gave me a private room and gave my partner a bed x

@babyboots in my hospital they didn't originally let my partner stay whilst I was in the csection ward but because our son was taken to neonatal they let him come and stay with me and then the next night we requested a private room and they gave me one, so just ask x

they sent my partner away at 8pm I only got to the ward at 5:30 not long together after just having a baby. I felt so alone and I live 45 minutes away from that hospital. it was horrible xx

ill make sure i ask as after a c section i wont be able to get up and get baby if he can stay that would be amazing but its never happend to me before xx

My partner wasn't allowed to stay he could come between 8am & 8pm 😢 I was on a ward with 2 other girls, on of then was on drugs as I seen and heard things I think should have been kept private. I was in 4 days, hopefully you will be home soon xx
