My 8 year old has been such a brat today. I'm exhausted and trying to rest on the couch. I put a movie I for the boys (8 & 1) so they could mellow out too Bc they have been absolutely insane today. I let my 8 year old go out and play in the snow, I let him play in the sunroom wth his Legos, I gave him what he wanted for lunch, all I asked was for him to not make his brother 1 cry while I rested and what does he do? Make 1 shriek the shrillest sound ever. 8 starts playing with a balloon that 1 can't have but wants and so I tell him to put that away he throws it to the other side of the playyard and 1 can still see it and continues to shriek. So I raised my voice and said "are you serious dude?! Put it away means in your room not throwing it and making us BOTH ticked off!!" 8 jumped up immediately and put it away but I mean DAMN. I hate raising my voice but I couldn't help it this time. If you heard that shriek from 1 you would've yelled at 8 too. I need a drink but can't so I'll settle for pickles and pink lemonade.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
Why Are Many Women Unaware of Their Own Anatomy?
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.
