Well if it can go away when pregnant then I don't see why you couldn't suddenly get it while pregnant. Try some nut milk for a few days and see if you feel better and more energetic. I like Cashew milk personally.
Yes. During my pregnancy I became lactose intolerant. Could only handle small amounts of dairy, in any form. Since having my LO, though, it's went away. The hypoglycemia stayed, unfortunately. Lol.
I'm extremely lactose intolerant and it goes away when I'm pregnant. it's very odd. I can drink a half a gallon of milk in a day and not have any side effects. If I did that when I'm not pregnant I'd end up in the hospital.

my sister got lactose intolerant while she was pregnant. still 7 months after her baby she cant have any dairy or shell spend hours in the bathroom

yes I've heard of it going away while pregnant but every time I eat ice cream or drink milk I get diarrhea @jana.bear
