What do you all take for head colds and sore throats? I'm afraid of over the counter meds so I'm wondering what I should do..?

vics vapor rub or tiger balm. drink tea with just a LITTLE sugar/honey, suger can make congestion worse
Tea with a little honey. Rest. Water. I always let it run its course while doing those. I drank chamomile since it helped relax me, even though it doesn't help a ton with the sickness.
hot tea with lemon and honey for your throat. as for a head cold, you're allowed to take robitussin. I'm not sure about other stuff

his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
