Tea with a little honey. Rest. Water. I always let it run its course while doing those. I drank chamomile since it helped relax me, even though it doesn't help a ton with the sickness.

hot tea with lemon and honey for your throat. as for a head cold, you're allowed to take robitussin. I'm not sure about other stuff
