I haven't but I know lanosh makes some lanolin to soothe the nipples its non toxic and really works also they make sticky gel packs that soothe even better they're amazing but sore and raw nipples come wit breast feeding anyway I don't think you implants will have an affect on the nipples also after feeding rub some of your milk around and it helps to keep from chapping
