Okay Mama's, I had a question earlier about yeast infections and I seen I wasn't the only one suffering from them. Well I use coconut oil as a remedy for everything seeing as its organic, all natural, antibacterial, etc. So I was wondering if that would cure a yeast infection. After some research I found that it WILL cure a yeast infection and could work in as little as a couple hours. So I tried it, and INSTANTLY the itch and irritation has gone away. I'm sure it's not cured yet but I'm not longer in so much discomfort. So I wanted to share with everyone else that may be going thru the same thing and has coconut oil on hand. I would much rather use something natural than medication. Hope it hopes yall 😁 I'll comment a link to one of the websites that also gives instructions on how it can be used.

I've tried using it to cure it seeing as this pregnancy has brought on so many yeast infections for me and as much as I'd like to believe it cures it (for myself, since we are all different especially in our nether regions), it just helps with the itch and irritation. It'll help calm it down for a night if I use it internally, but I feel like it just adds more moisture and keeps the bacteria growing. What has helped is using the coconut oil externally after showering and not using soap down there since you're really bot supposed to anyways, and not wearing panties when I'm at home. Just wearing a dress or laying around naked, letting it breath helps A LOT. But the only thing that makes it really go away is flucanozle, which I get from my doctor.
