Woken up to the worse back pains ever I had to get on all fours for it do it but it keeps coming back😩😣and it hurts to walk😩
Pee in a jug!
Well, went back to the doc today and my BP was still elevated. Now I get to pee in a jug for 24 hours straight and take it back to the doctor on Monday morning. ?

Woke up this morning wet, I thought I was peeing I took a shower layed back down & I started poring out fluids my water broke!
well thats the hard part I keep a jug of some kind of juice in the refrigerator and I drink it when I wake up and before bed 😂
