My newborn just spit up a lot and she's acting like she's still hungry. Do I give her the bottle or do I give her the pacifier ? Ftm not sure what to do

So I called eliana's doctor yesterday because she's been refusing her formula for some time now and she called back this morning and told me to give her ripple milk and give a vitamin d supplement... My question is where do I get a vitamin d supplement for a baby? I didn't even think to ask her while i was on the phone 😩
I think giving my baby a pacifier is causing her not to latch properly and she's not emptying my breast fully...idk wat to do :(
Any input? She's not feeling well do I decided to give wearing her a go cause she decided she needs to be attached to a parent. She went straight to sleep once input her in.

Yes 20ml and yes she is sucking her fists and acting like she's hungry now and idk if it's a good idea to give her more food
