I was thinking I have another clogged milk duct, hard spot on my breast..... I have nursed my daughter on that side first the last 3 feedings and the spot won't go away 😦 help mamas!!

i will have to try getting in the shower, someone else told me last time to try a manual pump while in the shower so I may try that as well
Hand expression. Massage that specific spit in the hottest shower you can take
I have also pumped that side and only got drops... warm compresses.... it started after my shower :(

I am into my 15 week now
But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
I need to ask someone this have you literally regret having a child with someone. I love my daughter with all my heart but I really regret ever being with her dad.
