So I know that this may make me sound dumb because I already have two children, but I don't know if I will know for sure when or if labor starts. I was induced before so I have never gone into labor on my own. And I am terrified that I won't make it to the hospital because I live a hour away from it.

my hospital is like 1.5 to 2 hours away...this is my first baby and I'm terrified that i wont know when to go and end up havin her either at home or on the way there
I'm in the same boat! Hour away and induced with both of my Sons
I live that far from the hospital too and they told me if my contractions get 10 minutes apart to be on my way. Usually they say wait until they're 5 minutes apart but since I'm so far they said that would be leaving too late

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Should I let my x know when labor starts
Everyone always tells me, "Oh you'll know when you go into real labor." But how can I know that when my labors were by induction. I know what signs to look for or anything.
