does anyone know what this is? my son got it all over his body and is swelling. some of it has gone away but there is still a lot there

i used the elsa and ana soap
i doc and the itching stopped but the rash hasn't gone away

what shampoo /soap does he use because jj got something like that and he was allergic to his soap
