so the last couple days my baby hasn't been as active as he has been, I've felt him but they haven't been strong and as frequent as they were before, should I be worried I'll be 28 weeks tomorrow

That happened to me. She was positioned so she was kicking the placenta. She is also head down now, with way less room to move around
