When i make it, i brown ground beef with a little garlic powder and taco seasoning (if in the mood) . them i melt the velveta cheese either in the microwave or stove top. as it starts to melt, add in the rotel tomatoes and beef. heat throughly and then enjoy. but that is just me 😁
@mrz.love, brown hamburger meat also add some sausage meat (Jimmy deans or Owens) season meat season salt and black pepper drain meat after its done add velveta cheese and rotel mix and a lil milk stir until cheese is melted than ur done

I'm pretty sure you cook the meat and then add it to the dip.
