No sex here haven't for about a week (no mood). I think what caused it was i work at a nursing and the strain from lifting caused it but not sure. So wanted to be safe.
Same thing happened to me, no cramping is a great sign everything is good! If you know your blood type they will need that to see if need a Rho gam shot, but try not to worry too much. I was fine. Oan, if you had sex that can happen too!
